Focusun Tube Ice Machines:

We use semi-hermetic compressors made by BITZER, the world famous German manufacturer, to make sure that our customers not only get one of the most reliable compressors in the world but also receive proper service and spare parts everywhere and at any given time.

Focusun  ice tube takes shape of middle-hollow tube. It has three outer diameters specs: ø22ø29ø35mm, with length among 2545mm, and the inner diameter can be adjusted according to ice making time, and generally, the diameter is between ø510mm.

Our ice tube is thick, crystal, stay dry for long and not easy to get melted.

Equipment Features:

Using hot gas to make ice out fast, only 150-180 seconds.

From the process of ice making to ice madeout, it takes only 15 ninutes with ice tube outer diameter φ22mm; 27 minutes with ice tube outer diameter φ35mm.

Good performance in ice peeled and water discharge.. When ice is peeled, water in the tank can soon be discharged, and the ice is more crystal and clean.

Adopting unique water distributor and air-vent pipe, water can spirally move around the inner wall of evaporator to enhance heat exchange rate.

The inner pipe of evaporator is used SUS304 pure stainless steel, completely meeting sanitary requirement.

Return gas controls the ice made, wthout the possiblity of evaporator pipe blast, and we can adjust the inner diameter of ice tube according to your requirement.

Half-full liquid evaporator helps the whole system more reliable and steady by using liquid level controller to control refrigerant liquid volume.

Liquid level controller of big tube ice machine system can monitor in numbers the accurate liquid level within the evaporator.
