Salient Features

Tube ice is a kind of regular hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter ø22, ø29 and ø35mm, 25~42mm high, and the hole diameter can be adjusted according to ice-making time, typically between ø5~10mm.

²        Use hot Freon gas to make ice peel off fast and the whole process takes only 150~180 seconds.

²        After ice off, the water of low temperature is used for ice-making, saving energy consumption.

²        Unique water distributive pan and air month so that water can flows on the tube wall of

²        the evaporator in spiral evenly, improve the efficiency of heat transfer.

²        The use of stainless steel SUS304, aluminum alloy plate-type evaporator meeting the Health and safety requirements.

²        Air pressure controller to exclude the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube and the tube ice diameter can be adjusted according to customers need.

²        Half-full liquid evaporators:  liquid level controller managing liquid supply of refrigerant makes the system more stable.
