u       Blowing system

This system is ideal for transporting ice over longer distances or for multi-icing stations. Basically, it consists of an air-lock rotary valve and a high-volume and low pressure blower, which transports the ice pneumatically through a pipe line to a cyclone receiver above the mixer (After being weighed) or to a small ice storage bin from where the ice is transported to a weigher above the mixer.

This system can ensure that the ice flakes conveyed are dry and meet sanitary requirements; the transport distance can be freely adjusted and the max conveyance capacity is 30 ton per hour. Besides the design is not liable to ice jams.

u       Screw conveying system

The screw conveying system is more economical for short distance ice transport or for a maximum of two icing stations. KTI provides hot dipped galvanized screw conveyors in open-trough and in tube execution. However, the maximum length of each screw conveyor can reach 25m. Focusun can offer the ice delivery unit with different delivery distance and capacity by combination of several screw conveyors.
